I would like to congratulate your act of courage in embarking in this journey. I understand for many it is not easy to open up about their personal struggles. Vulnerability is uncomfortable, but to be successful one must get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I attended Del Mar Community College in 2011 where I received an Associate Degree in Psychology. In 2015 I obtained a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from University of the Incarnate Word. Lastly, in 2019 I obtained a Master Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
I have six years experience working with children, geriatrics, and adults . I found my passion in trauma focused therapy while working with Veterans. I also enjoy helping those who have difficulties with grief, anxiety, and depression.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new foods, artwork, and road trips.
